Perpetual Archiving is the term given to our unique and exclusive service. Click here to see our guarantee that ensures your web sites perpetuity. No monthly or annual fees with the confidence that your web site is being maintained and hosted. You or your guests can locate and access your site either through LegacyArchives.COM's Home Page or directly to the page via your unique web site address. If Perpetuity on the Internet is of interest to you, please read on.
These web pages are designed to continue to share the memory of loved ones by offering the ability to hyperlink your web page with others in your family forming an Internet Family Tree. This family tree of web pages will be archived to create the Legacy for generations to come. Each individual will have their own web site, accessible directly, or through LegacyArchives.COM. Our archiving service is ideal for those who have an existing web page and are concerned for it's future and those who would like to begin the foundations for a new tradition.
Options
Annual Email notices - an annual reminder where LegacyArchives.COM will send out emails to a list - predetermined by you - to notify for an online commemorative or memorial or any other cherished dates.
Library of Congress – for an additional $55 on the 2mb standard package we will register the documents that make up the web page with the Library of Congress (according to the specifications outlined by the Library of Congress) for another form of Perpetuity.
Guest Book - this added service allows guests to sign the visitor's book at the web site and drop off virtual gifts and flowers.
Custom Postcard Notice - we will post mail out our tasteful note cards to your selected list of family and friends introducing them to your web site. It will list the web site address and how to access it.
Search Engine listing - we will register your web site with 20 of the top search engines available for a one time fee. Email us for more information on this topic or any other at sales@legacyarchives.com.

Archiving in perpetuity is great for any memorable moment or event from weddings, births, bar mitzvah's, anniversaries to special contributions...they can all be cataloged and exhibited here.
Standard Setup
The standard web site will have its own URL address, be constructed by us and can contain:
- up to 8 photographs pre digitized or 5 in hardcopy form,
- one sound clip or video clip,
- up to 15 internet links,
- up to 200 pages of text pre digitized or 10 pages in paper form,
- it will have a password if requested and
- its own counter and ‘visitor sign in sheet’ for all to view
- total of 2 Mb of data in the form of words and data for all of the above

We will refund your money if you are unsatisfied for a setup charge of $150.00 within 30 days of posting for the standard perpetuity setup. You will also have the ability to change aspects of the web site for up to 30 days after delivery and anytime prior to posting to the Internet with all services purchased. Payments can be made by check, cash, credit card, over Internet or by phone, whatever you're comfortable with. It's payable upon completion of the Web site and delivery to the Internet. It can take as little a 10 days to 4 weeks depending on how much of the information you provide is in digitized form.
Perpetual Web Site Hosting

5 Year Web Site Hosting
A good way to begin the tradition and initiate the Legacy. Identical to the Perpetual package only we host it for 5 years at a more economical price. See our price list for more information or begin the setup process at our standard setup kit site.
Short Term Web Sites
3 month hosting. This is a great place to post brief notes of interest, from obituaries to funeral notices and information on dates and times. For $45.00 we can guide you through the process or just send us the information and we can do it all for you. Again this will be catalogued and categorized alphabetically by surnames.
A few days before the completion of the term, a print out of the memorial will be sent to you for own records. View examples or begin the setup process at our standard setup page.

1. Perpetual web page (as per our standard package) with 2Mb of space is only $595 and $105 for each additional 1Mb.
2. 5 year web page (as per our standard package) with 2Mb of space is only $250 and $50 for each additional 1Mb.
3. 3 month postings for $45.00 are available with 2 pictures and 400 words of text.
4. Perpetual Hosting Only is $445.00 for 2mb of space plus $95 for each additional 1mb. (for those who already have web sites and would like them archived and managed for perpetuity)
